Winter Fountain Care

1. Drain all water from the fountain
2. Remove the pump if can be done so easily
a. The pump should be placed in a bucket of water for the winter to prevent the seals from drying out and cracking
b. The pump should be put in a place, such as your basement, where it will not freeze over the winter
3. Any fountain pieces that can be taken inside should be
4. Place cat litter in any fountain pieces that can hold water and are left outside for the winter
5. Cover the fountain completely with a fountain cover or tarp

Winter Statue Care

1. If the statue is light enough it should be taken inside for the winter months
2. If you are leaving the statue outside the statue needs to be covered completely
3. Put a towel or burlap on top of the statue before covering it with a statue cover or tarp
